Bruce is a real nice guy.  He used to be our regional rep up here in NY before he took the job out of country.
Came to a bunch of our HOG meetings, and will sit and actually listen to your complaints or compliments about the MOCO.
You couldn't ask for a better rep. (A lot better then Arnie ever dreamed of being.) (sorry, caught Arnie in an outright lie, have no respect for him)

Met Bruce during a week's long H.O.G. Rally Coordinator training seminar in Puerto Rico in 2008. Actually quite a few of the HD execs showed up. Bruce was a well spoken person and very passionate of the riding lifestyle. I've had the rare occassion of meeting many from the MoCo during H.O.G. P.O.T. and various HD functions and all give you their ear about concerns. Nothing like being in a room with 1000 harley riders firing questions one at time to a MoCo rep on stage. One guy asked when HD was coming out with a shaft drive....he quickly sat down.
