Back in the 90's I worked for Cincinnati Machine and they made all varieties of CNC machines.  I loved to go out to the floor and watch them test run all the new machines.

Oh, and by the way, they are just like motorcycles, the price depends on how many bells and whistles you want on the machine.

If you dont think CNC machinery wont get you rich,,, think again.. Last year i met a gentleman that has a small machine shop in an city airport commercial hanger, (cheap rent). He owns two hangers, a large hanger, and next to it a smaller hanger. In the smaller hanger he has three CNC machines set up, and they all three are operating most of each day, and that's it, no other machinery or overhead, just him and three CNC machines each doing different things... Next to this small shop he has a huge hanger with two double wide (aircraft style) roll up doors meant to store four aircraft with lots of room left.. Does he have any aircraft in there,, NO.. but rather he has a collection of antique cars including a few muscle cars that most of us would give our left nut for...  :'( He has all this set up like a mini museum and does this strictly for a hobby... mind you, this hanger is set up with checkered tiled floors, pictures and paintings lining three walls and a theater room you would give your other right nut for.. So i ask this guy,, "what did/do you do to get this treasure chest", he poins to the small shop and stated those three machines did it all... unbelievable  :nixweiss: this guy made millions from three CNC machines... If i wasn't so damn old, i'd seriously consider following this guys foots steps..  :2vrolijk_21:

You might be surprised...  Very nice used 5 axis CNC's can be had for less than 100K.  And that makes for a nice payback!   :2vrolijk_21:
