Thanks Everyone. I pulled the plug and am now the proud owner of a blue 2011 CVO Softail. I'll post a pic soon. Now if the weather in Wisconsin would cooperate life would be more than grand!

Welcome to the site from Kansas!  The CVO convertible is a very versatile bike, I don't think you'll regret your decison.  Riding weather should be just around the corner.  Enjoy the site.  :)

The CVO Convertable has a windshield that is specific for it and others will change the look of the bike. If you think the wind is bad with the shield take it off, ride a while and put it back on I bet it gets a lot better. :huepfenlol2:

More serious though I put four different shields on the wife's new SG before she was satisfied. Some people are more sensitive to wind.

I HAVE A CVO SOFTAIL 5FT 7INCH MALE 150 PD I PUT TALLER WINDSHIELD AND WIND DEFLECTORS ON FORKS CUT DOWN ON A LOT
