Helmet headsets
« on: April 16, 2011, 02:10:25 PM »

What is the best way to get some decent sound out of the helmet headsets?  Are any brands better than the others.  I am not at all impressed with the ones that came with my '09 ultra.

Are you talking just the earspeakers or the whole helmet headset system?

If you can solder then buy a set of replacement headsets from J&M. Cut the old ones out and solder the new J&M's in. The sound will be much better.

If you can not solder then go with a replacement headset from J&M. Even the lower $$$ one will sound 100% better then the Harley ones.
