Thundermax

Has anyone heard if/when they will actually release the Thundermax for TBW bikes?  It seems like it has been "right around the corner" for quite a while.  Wondering if there will be a knock sensor.  That would definately influence my decision.  If no knock sensor, I will go with the PCV.  I just don't see any other options.  I want complete control of my "closed loop" ratios.

Yea I got mine 3 weeks ago and I am very happy!!!!! It is purportedly the first shipped to the West coast? What's a knock sensor? My bike has not run this well since well I bought it. Mielage on a 400 mile 98% freeway trip average speed 65+ was nearly 33 mpg. Amazing torque and vastly improved power curve through 6100 rpm (the new recommended top with the map #20 I chose). I had been dealing with a really crappy bottom end-needed to feather the clutch it was sop bad and now all is golden!

Re: Thundermax - SmartLink IV software update available

SmartLink IV Software has a new update available. After installing this update some order maps are gone and you get newer ones. Example: I´ve used map 525 as the base map for my bike but after this update this map is gone.

Enjoy !
