Looking for Input on Speaker Upgrade & Amp
« on: June 28, 2011, 01:56:27 PM »

Looking at upgrading the faring mounted speakers and amp on my 2011 SESG. Local dealer recommended Hog Tunes Speakers and AMP. Another CVO owner said I would not hear any difference vs. my current system?

Recomendadions to get the most "Boom" for my Buck?

Thank you...

Parker ,,,,,

since the fairing is the best acoustical position on your StreetGlide, I would start by upgrading the upper fairing speakers to the J&M ROKKER series 7.25" speaker kit (((see: http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail.asp?ProductID=HCRK-7252GTM-T&PF=45 )) ,,,,,,

that way you would keep your Harley CVO wiring and fairing mounted amplifier intact, and I think you will be impressed with the improvement in bass and overall volume on the highway ,,,,,

then if that goes well, you could also go with the LOWER fairing speaker upgrade from J&M ,,,,
