You can view it in track mode, haven't figured out how to transfer a track to a route however.

The Mapsource software has an option to transfer from the GPS unit.  Just choose tracks.  You'll have a different track segment every time you turned the bike (and GPS) off and on when you took breaks or got gas.  You can then view these tracks in Mapsource.  You can also turn a track into a route if you wanted to do it again.

On the GPS there is an option to convert a track to a route

Tools, My Data, Manage Trip Logs, Current Trip Logs,  select the segment you want then you will have the option to save it as a route segment.

You can also download the trip log in Map source and combine the segments in Map source into 1 trip log then upload to the GPS and use the above to convert to a route
