if anybody has xbox360 and netflix account are you able to get into netflix right now? I've had for a while with no problems at all until today. Xbox live works fine, go to netflix and it says :We're unable to connect you to Netflix. Please try again later. Support: netflix.com/help

So I go to link and follow steps, says everything is fine and go to xbox customer support

I've tried on both xboxes I have, both go live and able to play nbc news and whatnot.

Netflix streaming works fine on computer

If anyone uses netflix through their xbox can you see if its working and let me know if its just me?

Pete, no idea if it's the same problem.  But I had something somewhat similar a couple months ago.

In my case I could use Netflix on the computers or the portable devices.  But got a message similar to yours when trying to bring up the service on any television that could access the service directly or through a Nintendo WII game.

After a couple days troubleshooting and trial and error problem ended up being one fo the programs saved in the "Instant Queue."  Their file of the program was somehow corrupted and was keeping those devices from accessing the service.  In my case it was the "Top Gear" episodes group that was causing the problem.

I uninstalled, reinstalled netflix app, cleared instant queue, threatened to shoot and dismember it, nothing worked.

Called ms help, didn't expect an answer but they did, they tell me they're having problem with netflix.

The only problem they posted online was some music app, nothing with netflix, and they're "sorry for inconvenience and not posting issue on help page"

I only began using Netflix (download option only) this past February.  Quickly became a big fan.  Now it sucks if it's not there when I want it.
