Get a lawyer.

It would have probably been cheaper and better to have your 88" motor built up to whatever you wanted it to be.  Frankly, I'm surprised a bit that the '09 103 even fits physically, much less all the other potential problems that this swap causes.  An '03-'06 103" would likely work, but a '09 103" is a whole different animal.

Any crank can be welded and trued, if you've got enough money to split the cases and do it.
