« on: August 23, 2011, 09:59:53 PM »

How can I enter specific roads to travel on,  on a roadtech 660, if it can be done at all?

From what I understand...specific routes can be entered....might be only when hooked up to a computer though???  I'm picking my 660 up on Thursday and will be trying to figure all the 'options' that it has out, too.

You can actually create custom routes right on the Zumo. It's a heck of alot easier using Mapsource, but if you're out on the road, it's not too tough. Just start with a point A and B, then add via points to the route to adjust the track.

I prefer

http://www.janboersma.nl/gett/index.php

it's based on google map and easier to handle than mapsource,
but you need access to a pc and internet. export function
for TomTom and Garmin included.
