Nice!  Some of my ancestors (Ragans) hale from County Cork, at the south end of Ireland. 

One question - is there something missing?  It appears to not have brakes, or are thay integrated into the hub somehow?

Dual purpose,, it must work, but i wonder how well,,  0 to 60 mph  :'(  60 mph to 0  :nervous:
