My brother had one just like this.  I used to ride with him, when I was around 7 or 8, sitting on those two metal bars and no foot pegs!  I don't know how many times my legs got burned on those damned pipes!!

I've seen a whole gang of them coming through Cheyenne!  Elderly folk on Cushman's, I think they were a club out of Colorado.

Lots of those around back in my younger days, and my Dad had one at some point in time before I was born.  They have some great examples at Barber Motorsports Museum here in Birmingham.
