For what I can see from the clip , he kicked the car. He is the aggressor , in FLorida he would have gotten shot or ran over in self defense.

Yep, what he said. BOTH were dumb chits for sure and the risk of getting blown away aren't worth it.

I would have emptied a magazine on the driver of the car when she came at me in the car.

Hope that comment doesn't come back to haunt you sometime.

I don't think it was a 'she' driving the cage. At frame 1.30 it looks like a pissed off dude.

At 48 seconds the girl gets out of the car, drivers side.

Bike rider was wrong - car driver was wrong.
In the US I don't think it would fair well for the aggressor though, the biker.
He was clear of the car when he had to make an effort to kick back at the car.

She panic? Maybe. Did she really panic after he came after her, probably did and "afraid for her life"

We don't see what leads up to the kick, be he sure seems like the aggressor. She may have just done something stupid, maybe blew the horn at him, maybe cut him off. But he came after her.
And if it was my daughter, I would expect to see him charged.

In the end they are both lucky.
He did not end up under the car like the guy in Brooklyn recently, and she didn't end up with someone emptying a magazine on her.

The video missed the beginning of the incident.....anything could have preceded this idiocy. This easily could have degraded into something far more serious.

At the start of the video, it looks like to me that the biker dude was cutting in line between cars.  His bike is right in the middle of the lanes of cars.  Looks like the cager got pissed off about the line jump. I couldn't tell who was driving the car.  Everyone is right:  Both Real Stupid!
