That bike looks sweet. And, IMO, looks just fine with the 21" wheel on the front. Leave that part alone. A 23" would be really stretching it, and a 26" would just plain ruin the looks of the bike...again, IMO.

That tour pack looks great. I thought about a color matched one and they look real good but I like your choice much better.
