Have you taken the bolt cover off to try to see exactly where it's coming from? Regardless of where it's coming from it shouldn't be leaking oil/fluid there. Time to make a trip back to the dealer this is definitely a warranty issue.

Head bolts.  Yup, take it in and let the Dealer deal with it since it is under warranty.

The bike is new right.  If so it could just be some residual oil from assembly.  Have the dealer look at it and if their not sure they can add some die to your oil to see if and where it might be leaking and then know what needs to be fixed, before you just start tearing things down.

If the head bolt is leaking (and getting loose) look out!!!! You may blow a head gasket or even worse warp a head. If you have a TQ wrench tighten all of them to 42 ft lbs in 10 ft lbs intervals. Or do it like HD says to.

Looking further at is, I noticed it is coming from behind the head bolt, form the middle area behind the spark plug.

There have been some porous head castings that leak from that area behind the plug boot.
Clean the area with some brake cleaner....then lightly spray it with some foot powder spray..the aresol can type.  The source of the leak will show up as a dark line in the powder...works real good.
