Why not just put the one designed for the bike.  It comes with clamps that fit the frame, a chrome cover and works pretty well.  Harley part number is: 26157-07. It doesn't fit models with ABS.  You didn't say what year.

Thanks for the reply, it is 2011 with the abs, the HD one that fits it sits on the side of the frame. To me it looks like dog's balls.

26157-11 is supposed to fit your bike.  It looks the same as the one I posted.  Good luck.

It looks like the only difference is the cover is black instead of chrome.

The one cooler is center mount and the other is a side mount. I cant see any reason why ABS would have any
conflict with the oil cooler. There doesn't appear to be any ABS items in the area of an oil cooler placement. I think either would work.
