Are you attempting to set the clock with the unit turned on?

If I recall, the key can be in the on/run or access position, but the radio must be turned off for the ability to adjust the time.

Just thinking...  my bike's stuck in the garage at home... where I'm not at the moment.

Are you saying that's how you are attempting to set the clock... or that it worked?

If it's still not working, I don't know what could be causing it.   8)

We haven't seen the Newfoundland glitch in years...and never on an 09
Check the software version on the radio, may need an update.

Had that problem on my 07 after I put in that stupid gps cd. Think it resolved after I disconnected the battery.

Have you tried updating the software for the radio?

Here's the information on updating, http://www.harley-davidson.com/en_US/Content/Pages/Genuine_Motor_Accessories/advanced-audio-system.html.   :2vrolijk_21:

No need - with the versions of the radio with the built-in GPS, that's how it gets set - off the satellite signal (though he needs to set the correct time zone, from memory...)

The audio system software updates via the GPS?  Pretty cool, didn't know about that, thanks!

No, you need to do that manually, just as you described - what I'm saying is that the clock is set via the GPS.
