TTS help?
« on: January 31, 2012, 10:14:12 AM »

I bought my bike with the TTS Mastertune already installed.  I have the cables but no software disc.  I searched the internet to see if there was a download for the software and I couldn't find one.  Any suggestions?  I am going to reach out to Steve at Fullsac in a couple hours when they open.  The bike has the X-pipe and Fullsac baffles, maybe he bought the entire stage 1 from Steve?

Try http://www.mastertune.net/files/Tuning%20Files/Software_Updater/tts_software_updater-setup-121.zip

I don't know whether it works with no software already installed or not...

Just download and install the updater from the web. Once you do that you can select the programs from the updater to install.

I did, i used the link provided a couple threads up.  As I suspected, the updater needs the software in order to connect to the server.  I am fairly certain Mark the guy i bought the bike from bought the entire package from Steve at Fulsac.  I just gave them a call and they are sending me a disc....should be all set!

Rio,

http://www.mastertune.net/files/Tuning%20Files/Software_Updater/tts_software_updater-setup-121.zip

The information given to you works.  I just followed the link above downloaded the software unzipped it, and installed the updater.

I then with Admistrative rights under Windows 7 ran the updater.   After it checks the site it returns the picture below.   You then check off the items you want to install which I have done to show you, then click apply selected and it started to download them for install.  Once they are downloaded they will prompt you to install each piece, VTune, MasterTune, and DataMaster.

BTW incase you were unaware you got the information from the guy who owns TTS (Steve Cole).

none of those bottom tabs were highlighted except for 'check for updates'.  I clicked that and i got an error message 'cannot connect to server".  No other drop down boxes were available or operable?

I just ran the updater on my work PC and got the same response...you install it, then hit check for updates and then it all comes back "not installed", you then check what you want installed and hit "apply selected updates" and the software goes in and works.

Sounds like a connectivity issue......
