Bridgestone Superbowl Ad - Quiet basketball?

Was the Bridgestone quiet dribbling basketball ad just for the new Bridgestone basketball or are they saying they've got quiet tires as well?

If they are quiet how would that affect performance and longevity?

Looking for tires that have a lot less road noise than the Michelin Pilots currently on an Acura TSX.
