 Have this security system pager receiver 2 ( the one with the replaceable battery and the built in led flash light ) working fine on my 2008 Road King. Now have a 2010 SE ultra and cant seem to program it to work. Instructions say "hold the button until all the lights flash intermittently, then press the button on your "fob" .  Don't have a button on my fob. So I had the bike's ignition on, then held the pager button until the lights were flashing and the thing was beeping, I then turned the bike off and waited for the alarm to arm. Still nothing.  ( I checked by activating the alarm and the pager was silent. ) Any ideas? I first had this pager on my 2003 Road king, had the button on the fob. Synke'd fine at that point. Sold the bike and kept the smart siren that went on to the 2008 Road King. Now sold the Road King and got the ultra with the smart siren already in the bike.  The chirp that the siren makes when the bike is arming is turned off at this pint, do you think that could be the problem?  Cheers.

Does the siren box behind the left side cover have the antenna wire hanging from it ?

You need the Smart Siren 2 for the pager to sync. The stock one will not sync.

No..it's not.....You need to upgrade to the Smart Siren II to get the paging feature.

What a bunch of f---ng bs man.  That just pissed me off. Cheap f---ng bastards. I am speachles. Got a useless "gold" key though!!  Want to shove that key up something if you know what I mean!!!

I agree..I have been pissed about this one for years.....every time you buy a bike with the factory alarm, you need to buy the siren again to get the paging feature.....it does suck!!!

Doubt it was a lack of planning...they probably have statistics on pager sales and fiugre that most people don't own one....so why include the upgrade for those of us that do?
