Intake Runner Length

Hi All
I'm looking for a bit of advice.
The 09 FXDFSE is my first EFI bike and I'm trying to get my head around some of the EFI fundamentals.
I'm looking at the cable throttle bodies that HP Inc have and I'm confused about the intake runner length.
What is appropriate runner length for standard (for now) 110 heads.
Is it determined by other performance mods?
