It's been a while since iv'e checked in. In reading the responses, I think i just got lucky, seriously lucky. The case manager was non committal from the very start. He said to me "We want to check your history, to see what kind of a customer you are, if you're spending money at dealerships or mom and pop shops". I had the first 2 or 3 services done at the dealer but that just got too expensive, duh!  But i always used syn 3 in all 3 holes. No aftermarket anything. I had to produce copies of all my receipts from the day i bought the bike. I think this helped, and maybe the research potential for them.
She's running good.
