Now the question is:

Was the driver doing something wrong or couldn't the LEO wait for him to make a delivery?  :P

I live in No. Carolina,  I clicked on the "pic",  I cannot make out what the sign on the truck says.................consequently I have (NO CLUE) as to what the whole thing is supposed to say.............re" biting the hand that feeds ya".......... :nixweiss:
