I have a problem with my ride, 95" motor just had dino tuned, new power commander 111 usb, had the problem with the old P.C, heres the problem I have when I ride long distance on the highway at a constance speed of 70 or so  then pull off the highway and come to a stop the idle wants to drop off and stall unless I hold the throttle, now if I turn the bike off and restart it idles fine, when I ride in the city I never have the problem any help would be great thanks guys  :nixweiss:

Clean your IAC.  It's what controls the idle speed, and if it's dirty it can get sticky when it gets hot.  Look at the attached images.  The IAC operates a "pintle" the hole for which you can see in the top of the intake opening of your throttle body.  It's this hole where you want to spray some carb cleaner or similar, then key on / key off cycle a few times to operate the mechanism.  Rinse, "later", repeat a couple of times.

Totally agree on the IAC>  More than likely the culprit! Also check the rubber cap, #2 in the drawing. I recently had my S&S 124 start idling iratocally, found the cap had rotted/split, new cap problem solved!!  FWIW  twinotter ::)
