While viewing the instructional video for my Power Vision tuner,  it showed how to clear "error codes".   I checked it and there were errors listed.

My questions:   should error codes be erased in total?    should some be left on?    Is there a index which lists WHAT the codes mean?

You've not listed what codes are shown so any idea of their importance or relativity (they are hierarchical) can't be known. 

One thing that can be known for sure, however, is that if there really is a problem they'll come right back.  If they are historical from some transient or momentary issue or were thrown as part of some service you can clear the codes and they'll stay gone.  Won't hurt anything to clear them.

So clear them.  If they stay gone; no worries.  If they come back get it checked out to see what's causing the codes to present.
