Americruise 2006 - Last weekend
« on: August 02, 2006, 10:23:55 PM »

Thought I'd share this.  This is one of my "other passions" when not riding my 03 SERK.  This was last weekend at the 2006 Americruise, put on by Rod and Custom Magazine...held in Lincoln, Nebraska on July 28, 29, and 30.  It's a 1931 Chevy 2dr. Coach...not a Model A as most people think when they first see it.  This car is a driver just like my SERK....not a show/trailer queen.  I'm sitting in background in first picture.  The two "accessories" in the second picture came along with the photographer in tow as they said they were seeking out some of the better looking cars to photo/post on their website...I guess we made the cut.   Pics courtesy of Motortopia.com

d00d, I hear you on the camera...only thing is, my wife was in control of our camera most of the time.

Temps were in the 100's all weekend and the clothing was skimpy.  Needless to say, if one had a sweet tooth for eye candy...you'd be needing a dentist soon.  I'm thinking I need an appointment.

Sweet.  Real nice.  I've always wanted one like that.
