I'm wanting to see how many 2009 and Newer CVO's have the Legend Air Suspension.

It's not a real common thing here, but there's a few of us.  And some more pre-'09.

For my needs, there's nothing better.

There may be a couple who have missed the thread, and excluding the pre '09 bikes leaves out a few.  There's just not that many people who are running them.

IMO, there are three good reasons for getting Legends, in order of importance:  If you are short, they allow you to lower the bike without doing so permanently, but only when needed; they allow instant adjustment, on the fly, for different loads and road conditions; the bike looks good slammed when parked.  The first two points could be swapped...

There are certainly other great shocks out there if you don't: need the bike lowered; don't mind pulling the bags off to set the shocks up for different load conditions...one up, two up, and two up loaded.  With a 29" inseam (and shrinking), the height adjustment when stopped is worth the price of admission for me...and being able to adjust the preload with a push of a button is nice.
