I have to say I don't own any Hawg Wired product. So I would be one that could not give you any ideas of the quality of their product. When I did my stereo upgrade I chose to design it myself with JL Audio. I feel I made the right chose for me. What concerns me the most about this article about Hawg Wired is that they have not come to the plate to represent themselves in any way. Customer service is a Very important part of any company for me. I don't see Hawg Wired even willing to talk about this with VRODDAVE. Not even willing to say that they are sorry for his unfortunate experience and that they are or are not willing to do anything about it. Sounds of silence speak volumes for me! Not a good sign at all for Hawg Wired. It also surprises me that no one from this site has seen this post that would be a representative or Vendor from Hawg Wired and would be willing to try to help VRODDAVE understand or help him resolve this issue with Hawg Wired. Doesn't sound like he is asking much from Hawg Wired. He has admitted of making a mistake in his purchase. Don't here any of that from Hawg Wired! Got to say, I would not recommend any dealings with any product that doesn't offer good communication with there clients! Hope some time soon Hawg Wired offers you a resolution in your circumstance.

I'm really surprised if Hawg wired doesn't take care of this and make it right for you.  They have a great reputation on this forum and shouldn't want to harm that over a pair of lids.   I would call them up again and let them have it all the way.  Good luck.  Hope it works out.
