ya man, I have about 790 on her now and she is sounding louder or maybe I want to believe she sounds louder. As soon as I get her inspected I am going to play with the pipes and hopefull that will make the sound I want. Even now when I hit the gas the motor sounds very strong and with pipes I am sure people around me will know I am there which is important to me. I hate it when they say "I didn't see him." Once is enough!

Ok, Thanks. That is my only complaint with my CVO Ultra is that it is too quiet. I want some more sound and a little more power. The 110 pulls like a champ but I was expecting a little more plus I have to get rid of that ridiculous crossover pipe. It generates too much heat and I hate the way it looks. I will most likely install a full Rinehart system, Ness big sucker A/C, and Zippers thundermax ecm controller. They (zippers) already have my order for the ecm controller after they have mapped out a 2007 110 motor which I was told is being done now. Hopefully I will have something done on this baby before September. Did you pay MSRP or get hit for a surcharge ?? Where you on a list for it??

MSRP and I was one lucky guy. My dealer had not received his yet and I had this deadline for getting it so I started calling everybody and their brother in the tri-state area and found one that they just put on the floor 110 miles from my house. Kind of funny how the miles and motor match. Long story short found it Thursday night picked her up Friady afternoon been smiling like a chester cat ever since. I would talk to a few HD techs to get their thoughts. You may be able to get what you want without the mapping. From what I hear the design this year was to not need down loads so check into it. Could save you $$ and warrantee issues later
