Went down to Phoenix Friday, left Saturday drive back to Calgary, got back yesterday afternoon.

while driving I experienced an odd surging while bike was cruising along. At 70 - 74 mph the accelerator seemed like it would speed the bike up a few mph and then decelerate this would gone fore a minute or two and then become normal. This would happen a few time during the day. Yesterday it got worse as I would cruise along the bike would drop speed significantly almost 5 - 6 mph and when I accelerated again it would almost bog down and no reaction to the throttle, I would really have to twist the throttle to maintain or gather speed, thought bike was going to cut out. This happened for about 6 miles, then stopped.

Has anyone experienced this before. Can it be the Throttle Position Sensor, was reading posts in regards to the Voltage Regulator, could this be problem or just chitty gas?

I have been having similar problems with surging. I live in Houston Texas. Im wondering if its the heat or just bad gas. What does it take to get some good gas these days?? ugh!

I thought it might be pin holes in the fuel line, however did not hearing any gurgling or spraying of fuel. Taking into HD dealer next week.  Did throw a P0131 02 sensor low? Pulled plugs both black, agp .35 cleaned them up and regapped to .38. Will take for a ride tommorow.

I did add Drago 2:1 exhaust from Fulsac X pipe and HD mufflers with Fulsaac Core 1.75 I think and did not retune. That is probably the problem.
