Yes.  If you buy name brand fuel from a reputable retailer, your gas already has fuel system (injector) cleaner in it, but adding some more won't hurt as long as you stick to the recommended amounts.  The bottles you find at a gas station or auto parts store are usually enough to treat around 20 gallons, so don't just dump the whole can into your 6 gallon fuel tank; follow the directions on the bottle.

If your injectors are really screwed up, it might be a better idea to just remove them and have them professionally cleaned.

Used to work for a chemical company, Company I worked for did contract research work on Techron. It is a very good product, comes in "up to" 12 gallon and "up to" 20 gallon sizes. You cannot overmix it, if you put in a full large size in your bike, wouldn't hurt anything, but it also wouldn't help either.
I use it in cars, boats, bikes etc every 5000 miles and knock on wood have never had a injector problem in anything. Probably overdoing it but they do still fund my retirement.
