Anybody try to get a painted (to match which ever CVO street glide you have) from HD minus the holes for the mirrors?  Or the paint codes so you could paint a stock one?  Just thinking outloud... Spook

I think you have to try and get some one to match, I don't know as gospel but I have seen on other topics that Harley can't or won't release CVO paint codes. Once again It's something I heard but supposedly PPG will not release to code even to Harley, seems strange if that turned out to be true, any how when I tried to see if an inner fairing could be ordered out of the 2012 catalog the painted to match the CVO colors there wasn't an option and when the stealer looked deeper for the codes all he could find was little bottles of touch up .

Has anyone thought about moving the tweeters out to where the mirror holes are.  That way, I could actually get a fuel gauge!  Just wondering if anyone has thought of the feasability.

I asked a parts guy at HD in Kennewick Wa and he was unaware of any lugs that Harley makes.I was looking at the Yaffe ones but will wait until early next year to swap out bars. I was thinking going with the Yaffe 10" bars. Been trying to find out from anyone if the 10's and or 12's sit taller than the top of the fairing, and if you need to get longer cables for the 10"s.

I put the 10" Yaffe bars on my 2010 Street Glide and did not need to do anything with cables or wires all the stock one's work just fine.  Puts my hand right at top of fairing just above it.  Makes the fairing mount mirrors (which I love) pretty much useless with the 10" bars however.
