Rio, I had a similar problem with wobble in the front end before my 1k service.  I would feel it most on deceleration below 45 mph.  I asked my dealer to check the torque on the neck bolt while the bike was in for service.  The neck bolt was loose letting the fall away go 2.5.  That is well beyond where it should be.  They tightened mine to 1.5 and covered it under warranty.  No problem since this was done.  I believe the factory is setting the neck bolt to spec to begin with.  Then after the bike is ridden, the bearing seats in and here comes the wobble.  Fortunately, it's an easy fix!  Ride safe!

I believe I'm just starting to see this issue but figured I would get some opiinions...... ;)

I notice during deceleration...especially with the BSR on board there is a bit of back-and-forth movement on the front end. Now I'm talking about speeds below 20 mph. Think this is neck bolt or bearing related? I'm taking the bike in for a non-functioning CD player so I'm gonna request they check the fall-away too. Just got a feeling but curious what you think.

I don't recall anyone reporting a wobble below 20 mph.  Just a thought but I'd check tire pressure and bead first.  Do you have a lift or jackstand to get the front tire off the ground?   If so, I would try to spin it slowly and observe for defects.

Thanks for clarifying Greg. I've noticed a change...thought it might be this issue. The dealer has the bike so we shall see.

Not trying to beat a dead horse...but has anybody on here performed this steering head adjustment? Any tips or recommendations would be appreciated.
