Looked thru repair manual and electrical manual; while I think it is a Molex connector it is different than other Molex connectors on the bike. I need to add pins, any idea how to pull it apart?

It's a Tyco Amp Superseal connector. You can go to their website and read the instructions.

Basically, just use a small flat head screw driver under the corners of the red part and gently pry it away from the black body of the connector--the red part only needs to move fractionally to allow you to insert wires-- this is the "open" position for inserting wires. Don't get aggressive and break the small tabs.
