Mine didn't ride that great either so after reading on this site about the 440's and talking with people who had changed I went for it. I got them off ebay for 386.00 and installed them today. I could tell right away. They are well worth the money.

I have heard mixed reviews on the 440's firedood says the 412's? are just as good?

What are 440 shocks?  I have the 05 SEEG and the seat is hard as a rock....have ordered the gel pad hoping it will help.  My wife hates the rear seat compared to my old Road King seat.
