Looking for thoughts and comments on the Dunlop 491 Elite II RWL for my 03 SERK?
I like the Raised White letters over the thin white wall for my 03 SERK.
When i look at specs, they have a thicker trad and 3 plys where as the D402s have 5 plys.

Has anyone run the D 491 Eite IIs?

I had the Elite IIs on my 2008 Street Glide and LOVED them!  After having the stock Dunlops on the Street Glide, I swore I'd never buy Dunlops again.  

I originally bought the Elite IIs for the raised white letter look and was pleasantly surprised how well they handled in all types of weather.  Absolutely no slipping and sliding like the stock tires!

I now have a 2009 SEUC and will put the Elite IIs on when I need new tires in a few months.

I have the K491 Elete 2 on the the rear. The 402 only gets about 10k miles. I now have  almost 9k miles and the tire looks almost new it has good traction even in rain. Good on turns. I am very happy with them.
