Quick release kit for 2012 CVO ultra with Boom audio.

I have heard to different things on the quick rerelease kit for this bike.  Is is available from Harley?  If the dealer installs it where do they move the amp?

They are available from Harley. My dealer graciously offered to set me up with one this week. I didn't even ask their price.
