so is a silver flhtcuse8 a worthy replacement for my silver flhtcuse4?  what do you guys think???  I am about done modding my 09 and inked the deal on the new one today, but I am still undecided...just seeking opinions.  HEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!!

 I saw this color combo a few weeks ago indoors at a dealership but it was already sold, I was browsing in the store on a open overlook second floor when they rolled it by downstairs and my jaw dropped....wow!
 
 Went back downstairs and asked the Sales Manager about the bike and he was all too happy to take me out back and show it to me, then stated sorry its sold but I can locate one for you....

 I was fortunate enough to see all 4 color combo's this year in person but usually indoors and they all all awesome. For me it came down to timing and preference I preferred a hot rod type color combo and the Tribal Orange had that it and 10% off MSRP sealed the deal.

Fatboy, speaks from direct experience.  This is my first CVO so I'm not as objective as I'm thinking I'll keep this bike a very long time.  Knowing what it takes (time, research, & Mo$) to get your bike fitted to exactly how you like, I say keep it.

You have a relatively new bike with all the ammenities and what you don't have you can easily add.  You probably have a great bike, and if it's running big for you, why spend all the extra coin.  There's always another year and another latest and greatest.

On the other hand if you have coin to play with, I could see it Fatboy's way as well.

Tell them to tear up the contract now and you'll be haunted forever ... You won't be able to forget the new bike at this point.  Get it and have them move the mods you can over to the new bike.

Went with what jumped out at me and Citrus it was  :carrot:

Once they are parked in the bike room it don't matter anymore  ;D

Well, I saw this too late to provide advice, but I am very happy with my decision to trade my cuse4 for the cuse8.  I've only put a few hundred miles on it so far, but the ride seems smoother, more refined, and better balanced.  I always felt that my '09 was a ruby red lemon, so that could account for part of the difference.  Then, there are the small upgrades and changes, like the integrated GPS, iPod interface, upgraded speakers, adjustable lumbar support passenger backrest, working heated handgrips, more boot room, and zero first gear clunk.  The ruby red color on my '09 was more flashy than the anniversary color, but it was time for a change.  I liked the red '13, but it was too much like the '09.  The anniversary colors are more understated, but it has a classy overall look - and I like the blacked out engine components.

Well, I hope that you have the same experience with your change & look forward to hearing what you think after you put on some miles.
