Does anyone know if the SE 50mm TB 27623-05A will fit a 05 SE 103 Ultra? I can't find any info about it. Is that because it's a POS? I don't know if it even has Cruise? Help!!
Seriously, any help or Idea whether I should even use it or a different one will be greatly appreciated! I'm running the 46mm now and the Air/Fuel on the dyno is perfect.

It can be done.

The throttle body does support cruise control.  Some of HD's docs on the part say it does not but they're wrong.  It does have the connection point for the cruise control cable.

I've seen it written that rather than swapping the connectors to the fuel injectors the injectors themselves will interchange.  They won't.  You will need to cut the old injector connectors off the engine harness and use connectors that match the newer injectors.  Make the cut as close to the terminal as possible.  You want to keep all the wire you can.  You'll also need a good open barrel crimping tool to make the crimps for the terminals in the new connectors.

The harness connectors for the injectors is the hard part though.  The other change is much simpler.  Pins A and C need to be swapped in the IAC connector.
