I can't confirm anything for the Stout, but I'm running a Supertrapp Supermeg on my Softail Convertible with a Harley SERT and dynoed.

HP 81.62 to 93.51
Torque 99.55 to 111.63

They are louder than stock, but not harsh on the ears, producing a nice low tone rumble.

I just took the 100 Ib mufflers off my cvo softail and installed supertrapp 3.5 inch internal disc with down spouts. Nice low rumble and not to loud with 8 disc installed. Came with 18 disc so the loudness is very adjustable. I like em!!
