Went to the dealer on Wednesday with the understanding of getting the issue of this bike taken care of, only to find out the sales manager has been out of the loop. He didn't know of the msrp offer made to me. I ended up telling the history of problems with this bike all over, I told everything from day 1 to present, he made it sound like he wants to make it right with me, told me he would have a meeting with the owners, district rep and the service manager, than get the moco in on a conf. call.  He said  "This is a Gold Shield dealer, # 1 in customer satisfaction, and they have some pull power when it comes to getting the moco involved"   But I'm begging to feel the run around coming.

Well I just got home from meeting with the sales manager, We came to an agreement on $33,000. I'll keep all the extra's we put on the bike. Than made a deal on a replacement, the hard part is done now but giving this bike back was some what of a relief.
