Has anyone tried the Power Commander 5 with catless header & 2 1/4 Fulsac baffles?

Yes, that's the setup I am running. Runs great no issues at all! Did you want to know about anything specific?

Do you know how much more horsepower you got from that setup & do you like the sound?

Well, short answer is no, don't have a clue on the amount of HP increase. Not really important to me. Would guess it would be 10 or less increase. I am running a catless headpipe off of a 96"TC, the biggest Fullsac baffles and a Arlen Ness Big Sucker AC, PCV. It did seem to lower the heat and it definitely got rid of the throttle lag. Other than the above it is completely stock. I do like the "sound" of my pipes. I was a little disappointed at first because I thought they would sound louder. My wife RKC with Rush pipes is way louder. But I have found out not as loud is OK because I am getting used to hearing the XM radio. The Fullsac's are louder when you get on the throttle. Sound is subjective, so not sure what sound you are looking for. For the price of the Fullsac baffles I am OK with the loudness and the tone they have, I am not willing to pay the price for louder pipes. Hope this helps.
