There are none listed in KY, but you may find one in a neighboring state.  Whether they are GOOD tuners is a different question.  I know a good one in extreme Southeast Alabama, but I'm sure there is somebody in an adjacent state.

Look up John wadsworth(herko on this forum) at Louisville h-d. Will be one of the best tunes money can buy.
