I bought a used Skunk that was owened by the MOCO. It did not come with the bag liners, or the actual i-pod nano. I am wondering if the is a special part # for the bag liners for the CVO bikes since they are extended? And can anyone tell me if they were suppose to come with the security fob?

Bag liners aren't special ones for the extended bags, just the normal, upgraded liners.  You can get "basic" saddlebag liners but the ones that come with the CVO's are these 91885-97A and you should have two keys w/security fobs for the alarm system along with a CVO cover, micro fiber cloth and gold (actually brass) presentation key that is keyed to fit your bike.  Did you get your owners manual?  Sounds like quite a few things missing.
