You are perfectly in the hunt.  The dynosheet posted below yours that shows 120 is in STD so take 2 or 3 off those numbers and he made 92 hp and a 117 torque so you are right there in the ball park you beat him on HP and he got you on torque.

Any given day or dyno will deviate just a bit for conditions.

Just go ride and enjoy it.

hears a good point it wasnt long ago every body was
tearing ther  110 motor down doing the
andrews 54 cams
and the thinner head gaskets
and pipe and tunner

and they were lucky if they pulled off   100hp   120tq
and know ther getting theses numbers with just a pipe and tunner.
kinda hard to believe

Cams, Tune, and Pipes most are able to get to 100 hp.   Most weren't just changing the cam due to getting more but also eleviating heat and moving the curve to the left a bit too.  There is not much overlap in the 255 cam.  Hence the 254 and now the plethra of other cams trying to fill the gap.   Yuill YB14, Woods 555, then the 777, then Fueling 574, Andrews 57, Cycle Rama 575, Genesis 577, the Kuryakyn 24d which is very close the genesis 577 cam in specs.

Typically most saw 100-106 hp and 115-120 torque in SAE on a conservative dyno.   The real hunt was guys posting 115-120 torque out of a stock 110, I never saw this type of torque on any of the 4 x 110 engines I have had.   I was always 85-90 hp and 105-110 torque max, so when I did the yuill setup with the yb14 sec 07 and pipes, and tune I got 115 tq and 105 hp.   In that case I gained 10 torque and 11 hp so it was a good gain for me.    110mofo had about the same results I think his was 106 hp and 116 torque opposite coasts.

The dynosheet should be used more for comparision of gain/loss of combination than the bragging, but its there for that too.   Just because you have a big number doesnt mean the motor spools up quickly and gets you there, well it might just might take a long time to do so and you have already lost.

There are some stingy dynos out there, but by and large you are going to find that most are showing slightly high numbers, why because it sells product and give a guy something to brag about right up until he gets his A$$ blown away by the guy with the same numbers or at the track.    Also remember its important to take into account the correction factor and depending on conditions normally the SAE correction factor is going to be the most conservative over STD.

If I am going to take the heads off to put a gasket in there I am going to have the heads checked, the exhaust port cleaned up, and then put it back together.   The extra labor and gaskets imo just dont warrant a gasket change.

It's not the peak HP or TRQ numbers that matter...It is how long it can pull hard.  IMO you want a relatively flat TRQ curve that pulls from 2000 rpm all the way to 5000 rpm.  A good tuner and a dyno guy can do that.  Its all in what you want your bike to be able to do and your riding style.  Set the bike up for your riding style.  Do you want to do wheelies?  fuel economy?  be able to pass without downshifting?  can't have them all.  A good dyno guy will set the bike up from zero throttle to 100% throttle and not do any masking of the map to hide decel popping or lopping.

Sorry Born2Breakout, I will have to politely disagree with you, cause you can have it all and I do, but it has its price that most aren't willing to pay for.
