I saw where of the seven Tours that he was stripped of the title, on six of the races they could not give it to the 2nd or 3rd place riders since they all failed the tests too.  What a sport.

Actually, they looked further back than 2nd or 3rd.  Last I read, the biking association hasn't awarded any of those 7 titels as they couldn't prove that ANY of the riders weren't doping....I agree, what a sport.  I'm not defending Mr. Armstrong but sounds like the association was looking the other way for many years, too.  You can't tell me that they were not aware that something was going on in the sport but that's another story for another day.  Lance cheated, got caught and was punished as it should be.
