What adapters for 21" wheel on 2010 CVO with a 21" wheel?

Hi guys.  What are the adapters that people sue to raie the CVO front fender to fit a 21" fr4ont wheel?  Or are you guys boring out the mounting holes to do this.  A link would be great if possible.  I searched and found a thread mentioning the adapters but no link.  Thanks.

3/8 drill bit, straight through original holes. Nothing shows and lot cheaper than the kit.

3/8 drill bit works, just paint/seal around the hole after you drill it or it WILL rust and start to bubble the paint around the hole. Or if you want to buy something, call HOGPRO, they have literally done hundreds of these conversions and seem to be good people, I have called them a few times will questions, very helpful.

Thanks for the heads up cor......gonna pull mine tomorrow and check, I didn't do anything to the raw hole. My 21 has been on 8 mons, hope I'm not to late :nervous:
