Customer Care Package

Did any of you Breakout owners get the customer care package, which includes a tool kit, microfiber detailing cloth, and HD jiffy stand coaster? I got the CVO storage cover, but my dealer called the MOCO and they said they issued a statement saying they would not be giving the customer care package out. Is this for the Breakout only or all CVO's? I can do without the probably $10 package, but if they initially say it's included, it should be.

The dealer I bought mine from lost the rain sock for the air filter.....  I did get the cover, but the $80 cover from Harley is much softer, so I don't use it.

No care kit this side of the pond just the cover them a few weeks later through the post came a folder with a medal and voucher for entry to the museum

I was also a little dissapointed to find out those few extras weren't included, but the cover is the best of the extras anyway-would have been nice to have the extra tools.
