xs, I take it that's the Glenndyne exhaust...looks like it from the back.  The end pipes look good but don't know if I would like the pipe that close to the back of the tire.  Could see a piece of road gator getting caught between the pipe and wheel.  Would not be pretty.

Is an interesting design, however.

...I remember back in the 80's before all of these different systems were available...it still comes down to finding a system that you like the looks and sound of. I don't know many riders that will run pipes they hate the looks or sound of because they perform the best.

Just my $0.02

I don’t know anything about these, but they look great; although the Eagle could use a bath. The bike has a Texas tag and the photo is from 2006 in Coeur D'Alene.

In the end, most of us I think are looking for mid-range power to be able to pass without having to downshift on a two lane road.  Sound and looks are probably nearly as important and thats an individual choice.  I mean is there really a noticable difference between the "best" and "good" exhaust system on a stock bike?  One that will really make a difference in the seat?  Just like good wine, whiskey, or beer, the bad is obvious from the great.  Not too many bads here because of the good information passed around.  If thats the case, then that leaves "sound" and "looks"  and that's an individual choice?  Just my opinion :confused5:

Just when you think you've seen everything anybody could come up with using the Eagle theme - - -

These would fit right in on Elvis. Let me know if you find out where they came from - - probably one off from a machine shop somewhere
