HD street cannons
« on: March 22, 2013, 11:45:07 AM »

Looking for slip ons for my new bike. Was wondering if anyone has the street cannons? If so how do you like them. Any suggestions for a deep rumble sound, not obnoxious.  Thanks.

I have not heard the street cannons so I can't comment on them but in general sound is a very subjective thing. What may be music to someone's ears may be just noise to you and vice versa. The best thing to do is to find a bike that sounds good to you and talk to the owner.
Sound can be different whether you are the operator, passenger or the person following the bike. It may sound different at cruising speed vs. parked too.
Good luck with your search.

So Would the CVO end caps fit on the Street Cannons?

Just keep in mind when listening to different bikes that slip ons with stock head pipes (catalytic converter still installed) will sound different than slip ons with no cat in head pipes.  As stated sound is subjective but IMO the no catalytic converter gives a deeper, louder sound.
